A wellness framework is a model for how we “do” wellness at the university. A good wellness framework is both aspirational and instructive, it helps organize resources, makes it more obvious if something is missing, and more importantly it gives us a way to visualize how the university can be involved in supporting student and employee wellness today and for our specific population.

A grant from the Indiana Collegiate Action Network (ICAN) is providing funds to design a campus wellness framework in spring 2024.
The IUPUI Wellness Coalition is engaging in a listening tour with stakeholder groups of students and employees. Individuals can also contribute to the Campus Wellness Framework in a self-paced module with video instructions.
Following the listening tour, a half-day design workshop and stakeholder retreat is planned for February 16, 2024. A final conceptual model and visual design of the Campus Wellness Framework will be created based on inputs from the listening tour and design workshop.
How to Get Involved
We need your input and participation in order to create a Campus Wellness Framework that speaks for the entire campus.
- Schedule a listening tour session with your group or team by February 2, 2024. Invite Eric Teske (email@example.com) to your meeting to facilitate a 15 minute listening session activity in person or on Zoom.
- Attend a public listening tour session in January.
- Or provide input on your own in a self-paced module with video instructions. Complete the prompts of a listening tour session as an individual or on your own time.
